HACCP standard production facilities

HACCP stands for 'Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point' and is an internationally recognised and recommended system of food safety management. It focuses on identifying the 'critical points' in a process where food safety problems (or 'hazards') could arise and putting steps in place to prevent things going wrong.

These are shared facilities and it is therefore imperative that all users are respectful of one another and comply fully with food legislation standards and our own standards of operation and cleaning.

Our obligations

We operate to HACCP standards as a minimum and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.  We maintain pest-control contracts and carry out all the necessary checks of the premises and equipment.  We also have regular inspections from various bodies to ensure you can operate in an environment that meets necessary regulations.

Users’ obligations

Our clients are responsible for their own Food Safety Manual, which incorporates the HACCP Standards.

Clients are required to register with Ealing Council.

Our clients value the production kitchens and are expected to treat them as if they were their own, maintaining very high standards of food handling and hygiene.  We encourage all our clients ito implement the appropriate standards and paperwork needed to demonstrate the safety of their food and production proccesses.

All users are expected to maintain and clean their work area and equipment during and after each session so that they and fellow users are not put at risk and the next user can find the appropriate conditions in which to commence their session.
